Privacy Policy
Internet Audit provides consent-based personal data audit checks. This policy explains what information is used when you request an audit and how it is handled.
Information We Collect
- Details you enter into the audit form, such as name, date of birth, town, country, email, phone number, and social usernames.
- Optional live selfie data only if you choose reverse face search and complete the live check.
- Technical data needed to run the website and secure the request, such as browser session data and service logs.
How We Use Information
- To run the audit checks you request and show the results in your browser session.
- To verify consent, prevent misuse, troubleshoot service issues, and improve reliability.
- To summarise findings across public sources where the relevant service is configured.
Third-Party Services
The audit may use configured third-party services for public search, social media checks, Companies House records, breach checks, AI summaries, and optional reverse face search. These services process the minimum data needed for the selected check.
Retention
Audit results are intended to be session-based. We do not intentionally store live selfie images, face search thumbnails, or reverse face search history in this app after the browser session completes.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal data. UK users can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
